توضح هذه السياسة كيفية تعامل Sakkaf Labs مع المعلومات المتعلقة بتطبيق اقرأ بلس | Iqra Plus، وهو تطبيق مجاني لقراءة القرآن وتتبع التلاوة ومراجعتها على نظامي Android وiOS. تنطبق المزايا والأذونات المذكورة بحسب الإصدار والنظام.

2. لا يوجد حساب مستخدم أو باكند سحابي تابع لنا
لا يتطلب اقرأ بلس إنشاء حساب أو تسجيل دخول. ولا تستخدم Sakkaf Labs قاعدة بيانات لحسابات المستخدمين أو خادمًا لحفظ تسجيلات التسميع. نستخدم خدمات Google Firebase لتوصيل الإشعارات التقنية كما هو موضح أدناه.
3. الميكروفون والذكاء القرآني المحلي
يطلب تطبيق اقرأ بلس إذن الميكروفون فقط عندما يبدأ المستخدم جلسة تلاوة. وفي إصدار الذكاء المحلي الحالي، تتم معالجة التلاوة على الجهاز لمتابعة موضع القراءة وعرض المواضع التي قد تحتاج مراجعة.
لا يرسل اقرأ بلس صوت التلاوة إلى خوادم Sakkaf Labs أو إلى مزوّد تعرّف صوتي، ولا يحتفظ التطبيق بتسجيل صوتي خام بشكل دائم.
4. البيانات المحفوظة محليًا
قد يحفظ التطبيق العلامات المرجعية، وآخر مواضع القراءة، وخطط الختمة والتقدم، واللغة، وإعدادات العرض، ومدة الجلسة، وملاحظات مراجعة التلاوة والتلاوات المحمّلة محليًا على جهاز المستخدم. وتُستخدم هذه المعلومات لتقديم وظائف التطبيق، ولا تُرفع إلى باكند تابع لـ Sakkaf Labs.
5. صوت القرآن وطلبات الإنترنت
يعمل تتبع التلاوة باستخدام الذكاء المحلي دون الحاجة إلى اتصال بالإنترنت. وعند تشغيل التلاوة المرجعية، قد يطلب التطبيق ملف الصوت عبر اتصال HTTPS من خدمات صوت خارجية مضبوطة في النسخة المنشورة، ومنها Al Quran Cloud وEveryAyah. وقد تستقبل هذه الخدمات بيانات الاتصال المعتادة، مثل عنوان IP ووقت الطلب وبعض معلومات الطلب والملف الصوتي المطلوب. ولا تستخدم Sakkaf Labs هذه الطلبات للإعلانات أو إنشاء ملفات تعريف للمستخدمين.
تعمل قراءة المصحف والتسميع الذكي محليًا دون إنترنت، ويمكن تشغيل التلاوات التي نُزّلت مسبقًا دون اتصال. أما التلاوات غير المحمّلة والبث المباشر للحرمين الشريفين فيحتاجان إلى الإنترنت.
6. إشعارات Firebase والمعرّفات التقنية
يستخدم اقرأ بلس Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)وFirebase Installations من Google لتوصيل إشعارات التطبيق، مثل مناسبات رمضان والعيدين بعد الإعلان الرسمي. قد تُنشئ خدمات Firebase معرّفًا تقنيًا لتثبيت التطبيق ورمزًا لتوجيه الإشعارات، وتنقل هذه المعرّفات إلى Google وتحتفظ بها بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة. نستخدم هذه المعرّفات لوظيفة الإشعارات فقط، وليس للإعلانات أو التحليلات السلوكية أو ربطها بتسجيلات التسميع.
قد تُنشأ معرّفات Firebase تلقائيًا حتى لو لم يسمح المستخدم بعرض الإشعارات. يستطيع المستخدم تعطيل ظهور الإشعارات من إعدادات جهازه، لكن ذلك لا يعني بالضرورة إيقاف إنشاء المعرّف التقني. لا يلزم إنشاء حساب لاستخدام هذه الميزة. ولمزيد من المعلومات، راجع معلومات الخصوصية لدى Firebase.
في إصدارات iOS التي تتضمن الإشعارات البعيدة، تُستخدم خدمة Apple Push Notification service (APNs) من Apple لتوصيل الإشعارات عبر النظام، وقد تعالج Apple رمز جهاز الإشعارات والبيانات التقنية اللازمة لتوصيلها. أما التذكيرات المحلية، مثل تذكير الجمعة بسورة الكهف، فيمكن جدولتها على الجهاز دون إرسال محتوى القراءة أو التسميع إلى Firebase أو Apple. لا نستخدم رموز الإشعارات للتتبع الإعلاني.
تبقى قراءة المصحف والتسميع المحلي متاحين عند تعطيل الإشعارات. ويمكن تعطيل عرض الإشعارات من إعدادات Android أو iOS. يعتمد تفعيل الإشعارات البعيدة على إعدادات الإصدار المنشور.
7. التقارير والمشاركة باختيار المستخدم
يستطيع التطبيق إعداد تقرير مراجعة على الجهاز. ولا يُرفع التقرير تلقائيًا إلى Sakkaf Labs، ولا يغادر التطبيق إلا عندما يختار المستخدم بنفسه مشاركة التقرير عبر أداة المشاركة في جهازه، على Android أو iOS، ويحدد تطبيقًا أو مستلمًا آخر. وبعد ذلك يخضع التقرير لسياسة الجهة التي اختارها المستخدم.
8. الإعلانات والتحليلات وبيع البيانات
لا تحتوي النسخة الحالية على حزمة إعلانات أو حزمة تحليلات. ولا تبيع Sakkaf Labs البيانات الشخصية، ولا تستخدم معلومات التلاوة للإعلانات.
9. الأذونات
تستخدم نسختا Android وiOS الأذونات والوظائف النظامية التالية بحسب الميزة وإصدار النظام:
- الميكروفون، عند بدء جلسة التسميع ومنح الإذن.
- الإنترنت، لجلب التلاوات غير المحمّلة والبث المباشر واتصال Firebase.
- الإشعارات، لعرض التذكيرات المحلية أو الرسائل البعيدة بحسب نظام التشغيل وإذن المستخدم.
- خدمات تشغيل الوسائط في الخلفية، لاستمرار الصوت عند قفل الشاشة حيثما تتوفر الوظيفة.
يمكن رفض أو سحب إذن الميكروفون وتعطيل عرض الإشعارات من إعدادات الجهاز. لا يعمل التسميع الصوتي دون إذن الميكروفون، بينما تبقى القراءة متاحة. لا يحتاج التطبيق إلى إذن الموقع أو الوصول إلى جهات الاتصال لتقديم ميزاته الأساسية.
10. الاحتفاظ والحذف
لا تحتفظ Sakkaf Labs بصوت المستخدم أو بيانات حسابات، لأن النسخة الحالية لا تحتوي على حساب أو تخزين سحابي تابع لنا. ويمكن حذف المعلومات المحلية بمسح بيانات التطبيق على Android أو بإلغاء تثبيته على Android أو iOS. أما التقرير الذي شاركه المستخدم فيجب حذفه من التطبيق أو الجهة التي اختار مشاركته معها بصورة منفصلة.
تتولى Google معالجة معرّفات إشعارات Firebase التقنية والاحتفاظ بها وحذفها وفق ممارساتها. وقد لا يؤدي حذف التطبيق إلى حذف هذه المعرّفات فورًا من أنظمة مزوّد الخدمة.

11. الأمان
تستخدم اتصالات الصوت المرجعي وخدمة Firebase التشفير أثناء النقل، وتحمي آليات أمان أجهزة Android وiOS المعلومات المحلية. ولا توجد وسيلة تخزين أو نقل إلكتروني مضمونة بالكامل، لذلك نقصر استخدام البيانات على ما يلزم لتشغيل وظائف التطبيق.
12. الأطفال والعائلات
يقدم اقرأ بلس ميزات لقراءة القرآن ودعم التلاوة قد يستفيد منها مستخدمون من أعمار مختلفة. ولا يطلب هذا الإصدار تاريخ الميلاد ولا يستخدم بوابة عمر لميزة تتبع التلاوة الصوتية. كما لا تنشئ النسخة الحالية حسابات، ولا تعرض إعلانات، ولا تجمع عمدًا بيانات أطفال عبر باكند تابع لنا. ويُستحسن أن يشرف ولي الأمر على جهاز الطفل وأذونات الميكروفون وأي مشاركة خارجية.
13. تحديث السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغيير ميزات التطبيق أو مزوّديه أو أذوناته أو ممارسات البيانات. وستبقى أحدث نسخة وتاريخها منشورين في هذه الصفحة، مع مراجعة السياسة وإقرارات الخصوصية في Google Play وApp Store Connect عند كل تغيير مؤثر في النسخة المنشورة.

This Privacy Policy explains how Sakkaf Labs handles information in connection with Iqra Plus | اقرأ بلس, a free Quran reading, recitation-tracking and review application for Android and iOS. Available features and permissions may vary by platform and release.

2. No account or Sakkaf Labs cloud backend
Iqra Plus does not require an account or sign-in, and Sakkaf Labs does not operate a user-account database or a server storing recitation recordings. Google Firebase services are used for technical notification delivery as described below.
3. Microphone and on-device Quran AI
Iqra Plus requests microphone access only when the user starts a recitation session. In the current Local AI release, recitation is processed on-device to follow the reading position and show passages that may need review.
Iqra Plus does not send recitation audio to Sakkaf Labs servers or to a speech-recognition provider, and the app does not permanently retain raw microphone recordings.
4. Information stored locally on the device
Iqra Plus may store bookmarks, recent reading, reading position, Quran completion plans and progress, language and display preferences, session timing, review notes and downloaded recitations locally on the user's device. This information is used to provide the app's features and is not uploaded to a Sakkaf Labs backend.
5. Quran audio and network requests
On-device AI recitation tracking works without an internet connection. When the user plays the reference recitation, Iqra may request Quran audio over HTTPS from external audio-delivery services configured in the released app, including Al Quran Cloud and EveryAyah. Like other internet services, these providers may receive ordinary connection information such as an IP address, request time, device or application request headers and the requested audio file. Sakkaf Labs does not use these requests for advertising or profiling.
Quran reading and on-device recitation review work offline. Previously downloaded recitations can also play without internet access. Undownloaded recitations and live broadcasts from the Two Holy Mosques require an internet connection.
6. Firebase notifications and technical identifiers
Iqra Plus uses Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)and Firebase Installations to deliver notifications, such as Ramadan and Eid occasion notices following official announcements. Firebase may generate a technical app-installation identifier and a push registration token, transmit them to Google, and retain them as needed to deliver the service. These identifiers are used for notification functionality, not advertising, behavioral analytics or linking them to recitation recordings.
Firebase identifiers may be created automatically even if the user does not permit notifications to appear. Users can turn off notification display in device settings, but this does not necessarily stop Firebase identifier generation. No account is required. See Firebase privacy information for provider data-handling details.
On iOS releases that support remote notifications, Apple Push Notification service (APNs) is used for system delivery. Apple may process the device push token and technical delivery information. Local reminders, such as the Friday Surah Al-Kahf reminder, can be scheduled on-device without sending reading or recitation content to Firebase or Apple. Notification tokens are not used for ad tracking.
Quran reading and on-device recitation remain available when notifications are disabled. Notification display can be disabled in Android or iOS settings. Remote notification availability depends on the released app configuration.
7. Reports and user-initiated sharing
Iqra Plus can prepare a recitation review report on the device. The report is not automatically uploaded to Sakkaf Labs. It leaves the app only when the user intentionally uses the Android or iOS system sharing function and selects another application or recipient. The selected recipient or service then handles the shared report under its own privacy terms.
8. Advertising, analytics and sale of data
The current Iqra version contains no advertising SDK and no analytics SDK. Sakkaf Labs does not sell personal information and does not use recitation information for advertising.
9. Permissions
The Android and iOS apps use the following permissions and system capabilities where applicable to their platform and version:
- Microphone access, after the user starts a recitation session and grants permission.
- Internet access, for undownloaded audio, live broadcasts and Firebase connectivity.
- Notifications, for local reminders or remote messages, depending on platform support and user permission.
- Background media playback, where needed for audio to continue with the screen locked.
Users can deny or revoke microphone permission or disable notification display in the device settings on Android or iOS. Recitation tracking requires microphone permission; reading remains available without it. The core features do not require location or contacts access.
10. Retention and deletion
Sakkaf Labs does not retain user audio or account data because the current version has no Sakkaf Labs account or cloud storage. Locally stored app information can be removed on Android by clearing app data or uninstalling the app, or on iOS by uninstalling the app. A report shared by the user must be deleted from the chosen recipient or third-party service separately.
Firebase technical notification identifiers are handled and retained by Google under its retention and deletion practices. Uninstalling the app does not necessarily remove those identifiers immediately from the provider's systems.
For questions about technical data held by providers, or help exercising available privacy rights, contact support@sakkaflabs.com. We review requests for data within our control. Provider-held data may be subject to that provider's own retention and deletion processes.
11. Security
Reference-audio and Firebase connections are encrypted in transit. Local information is protected by the security controls of the user's Android or iOS device. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, but we limit the data used by Iqra to what is needed for its functions.
12. Children and families
Iqra Plus provides Quran reading and recitation-support features that may be useful to people of different ages. This release does not request a date of birth and does not use an age gate for voice recitation tracking. The current app also does not create accounts, display advertisements or knowingly collect children's personal information through a Sakkaf Labs backend. A parent or guardian should supervise a child's device, microphone permissions and use of any external sharing service.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when Iqra's features, providers, permissions or data practices change. The latest version and its effective date will remain available on this page. The policy and the Google Play Data safety and Apple App Store privacy declarations will be reviewed whenever the released application changes.
