توضح هذه السياسة كيفية تعامل Sakkaf Labs مع المعلومات المتعلقة بتطبيق اقرأ | Iqra، وهو تطبيق مجاني لقراءة القرآن وتتبع التلاوة ومراجعتها.

2. لا يوجد حساب مستخدم أو باكند سحابي تابع لنا
لا تتطلب النسخة الحالية من تطبيق اقرأ إنشاء حساب، ولا تستخدم قاعدة بيانات سحابية أو نظام حسابات تابعًا لـ Sakkaf Labs. ولا نشغّل في هذه النسخة خادمًا يحتفظ بتلاوات المستخدمين أو تسجيلاتهم الصوتية.
3. الميكروفون والذكاء القرآني المحلي
يطلب تطبيق اقرأ إذن الميكروفون فقط عندما يبدأ المستخدم جلسة تلاوة. وفي إصدار الذكاء المحلي الحالي، تتم معالجة التلاوة على الجهاز لمتابعة موضع القراءة وعرض المواضع التي قد تحتاج مراجعة.
لا يرسل اقرأ صوت التلاوة إلى خوادم Sakkaf Labs أو إلى مزوّد تعرّف صوتي، ولا يحتفظ التطبيق بتسجيل صوتي خام بشكل دائم.
4. البيانات المحفوظة محليًا
قد يحفظ التطبيق العلامات المرجعية، وآخر مواضع القراءة، والتقدم، واللغة، وإعدادات العرض، ومدة الجلسة، وملاحظات مراجعة التلاوة محليًا على جهاز المستخدم. وتُستخدم هذه المعلومات لتقديم وظائف التطبيق، ولا تُرفع إلى باكند تابع لـ Sakkaf Labs.
5. صوت القرآن وطلبات الإنترنت
يعمل تتبع التلاوة باستخدام الذكاء المحلي دون الحاجة إلى اتصال بالإنترنت. وعند تشغيل التلاوة المرجعية، قد يطلب التطبيق ملف الصوت عبر اتصال HTTPS من خدمات صوت خارجية مضبوطة في النسخة المنشورة، ومنها Al Quran Cloud وEveryAyah. وقد تستقبل هذه الخدمات بيانات الاتصال المعتادة، مثل عنوان IP ووقت الطلب وبعض معلومات الطلب والملف الصوتي المطلوب. ولا تستخدم Sakkaf Labs هذه الطلبات للإعلانات أو إنشاء ملفات تعريف للمستخدمين.
6. التقارير والمشاركة باختيار المستخدم
يستطيع التطبيق إعداد تقرير مراجعة على الجهاز. ولا يُرفع التقرير تلقائيًا إلى Sakkaf Labs، ولا يغادر التطبيق إلا عندما يختار المستخدم بنفسه زر المشاركة في Android ويحدد تطبيقًا أو مستلمًا آخر. وبعد ذلك يخضع التقرير لسياسة الجهة التي اختارها المستخدم.
7. الإعلانات والتحليلات وبيع البيانات
لا تحتوي النسخة الحالية على حزمة إعلانات أو حزمة تحليلات. ولا تبيع Sakkaf Labs البيانات الشخصية، ولا تستخدم معلومات التلاوة للإعلانات.
8. الأذونات
تعلن نسخة Android الحالية عن إذنين فقط:
- الميكروفون، لمعالجة التلاوة محليًا بعد بدء المستخدم للجلسة.
- الإنترنت، لتشغيل التلاوة المرجعية من خدمات الصوت الخارجية.
يمكن للمستخدم رفض إذن الميكروفون أو سحبه من إعدادات Android. لن تعمل ميزة تتبع التلاوة الصوتية دون هذا الإذن، بينما قد تظل الوظائف الأخرى المتاحة قابلة للاستخدام.
9. الاحتفاظ والحذف
لا تحتفظ Sakkaf Labs بصوت المستخدم أو بيانات حسابات، لأن النسخة الحالية لا تحتوي على حساب أو تخزين سحابي تابع لنا. ويمكن حذف المعلومات المحلية بمسح بيانات تطبيق اقرأ أو بإلغاء تثبيته. أما التقرير الذي شاركه المستخدم فيجب حذفه من التطبيق أو الجهة التي اختار مشاركته معها بصورة منفصلة.
10. الأمان
تستخدم طلبات التلاوة المرجعية اتصال HTTPS، وتحمي آليات أمان جهاز Android المعلومات المحلية. ولا توجد وسيلة تخزين أو نقل إلكتروني مضمونة بالكامل، لذلك نقصر استخدام البيانات على ما يلزم لتشغيل وظائف التطبيق.
11. الأطفال والعائلات
يقدم اقرأ ميزات لقراءة القرآن ودعم التلاوة قد يستفيد منها مستخدمون من أعمار مختلفة. ولا يطلب هذا الإصدار تاريخ الميلاد ولا يستخدم بوابة عمر لميزة تتبع التلاوة الصوتية. كما لا تنشئ النسخة الحالية حسابات، ولا تعرض إعلانات، ولا تجمع عمدًا بيانات أطفال عبر باكند تابع لنا. ويُستحسن أن يشرف ولي الأمر على جهاز الطفل وأذونات الميكروفون وأي مشاركة خارجية.
12. تحديث السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغيير ميزات التطبيق أو مزوّديه أو أذوناته أو ممارسات البيانات. وستبقى أحدث نسخة وتاريخها منشورين في هذه الصفحة، مع مراجعة السياسة وإقرار أمان البيانات في Google Play عند كل تغيير مؤثر في النسخة المنشورة.

This Privacy Policy explains how Sakkaf Labs handles information in connection with Iqra | اقرأ, a free Quran reading, recitation-tracking and review application.

2. No account or Sakkaf Labs cloud backend
The current version of Iqra does not require a user account and does not use a Sakkaf Labs cloud database or account backend. Sakkaf Labs does not operate a server that stores users' Quran recitations or audio recordings for this version.
3. Microphone and on-device Quran AI
Iqra requests microphone access only when the user starts a recitation session. In the current Local AI release, recitation is processed on-device to follow the reading position and show passages that may need review.
Iqra does not send recitation audio to Sakkaf Labs servers or to a speech-recognition provider, and the app does not permanently retain raw microphone recordings.
4. Information stored locally on the device
Iqra may store bookmarks, recent reading, reading position, language and display preferences, session timing and recitation review notes locally on the user's device. This information is used to provide the app's features and is not uploaded to a Sakkaf Labs backend.
5. Quran audio and network requests
On-device AI recitation tracking works without an internet connection. When the user plays the reference recitation, Iqra may request Quran audio over HTTPS from external audio-delivery services configured in the released app, including Al Quran Cloud and EveryAyah. Like other internet services, these providers may receive ordinary connection information such as an IP address, request time, device or application request headers and the requested audio file. Sakkaf Labs does not use these requests for advertising or profiling.
6. Reports and user-initiated sharing
Iqra can prepare a recitation review report on the device. The report is not automatically uploaded to Sakkaf Labs. It leaves the app only when the user intentionally chooses the Android sharing function and selects another application or recipient. The selected recipient or service then handles the shared report under its own privacy terms.
7. Advertising, analytics and sale of data
The current Iqra version contains no advertising SDK and no analytics SDK. Sakkaf Labs does not sell personal information and does not use recitation information for advertising.
8. Permissions
The Android app currently declares only:
- Microphone access, for on-device recitation processing after the user starts a session.
- Internet access, for streaming the reference Quran recitation from external audio services.
Users can deny or revoke microphone permission in Android settings. Voice recitation tracking will not work without microphone access, while other available app features may continue to function.
9. Retention and deletion
Sakkaf Labs does not retain user audio or account data because the current version has no Sakkaf Labs account or cloud storage. Locally stored app information can be removed by clearing Iqra's app data or uninstalling the app. A report shared by the user must be deleted from the chosen recipient or third-party service separately.
10. Security
Reference-audio network requests use HTTPS. Local information is protected by the security controls of the user's Android device. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, but we limit the data used by Iqra to what is needed for its functions.
11. Children and families
Iqra provides Quran reading and recitation-support features that may be useful to people of different ages. This release does not request a date of birth and does not use an age gate for voice recitation tracking. The current app also does not create accounts, display advertisements or knowingly collect children's personal information through a Sakkaf Labs backend. A parent or guardian should supervise a child's device, microphone permissions and use of any external sharing service.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when Iqra's features, providers, permissions or data practices change. The latest version and its effective date will remain available on this page. The policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration will be reviewed whenever the released application changes.
